These terms apply to your use of FigureWright (the “site”), operated by Kevin Soieva, a sole proprietor (FIE) registered in Estonia, registry code 17596451 (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Planning estimates only
The calculators and content provide general estimates for planning purposes. Results depend on the values you enter and on simplifying assumptions described on the methodology page. They are not professional, engineering, legal or building-code advice, and they are not quotes.
You are responsible for checking quantities, measurements and costs before buying materials or starting work, and for confirming the requirements that apply where you live, including permits, permitted heights, setbacks, post depth, property lines and underground utilities. Fence requirements vary by location; check your local building authority before construction.

Any prices shown by default are illustrative examples, not offers or market data. Actual prices vary by location, supplier and time.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including the cost of materials, labor, delays, rework or property damage. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or copy it wholesale to present as your own.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the results for your own projects and share them freely.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
